Robin Gerald, Associate

WMFDP Associate: Robin GeraldRobin Gerald is a management consultant, executive coach and facilitator with extensive experience in the corporate, nonprofit and academic arenas. She has been consulting and coaching in the areas of diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and career management for the past ten years. As an executive coach and facilitator, Robin is particularly adept at engaging resistant groups and individuals in the process of growth and development.

Robin is founder and president of Gerald Associates, a personal and organizational development firm located in Marietta, Ga. She began her career at Georgia Power Company where she held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in human resources, organizational development and field operations. Robin holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Spelman College and a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Georgia State University.

Personal/Professional Philosophy: Change is constant; growth, however, is optional. It’s important to choose wisely.

Lessons Learned: I must be careful what I ask for in life, for it’s been my experience that a desire spoken into the universe, coupled with intentionality, is likely to become a reality!
