Personal/Professional Philosophy
:

  • Personal: Real joy comes with regular balance in all things.
  • Professional: People in systems can make the phenomenal happen, despite barriers. My role is to partner, to offer outside perspective and facilitation in order to produce long-lasting change.

A Favorite Book: Angle of Repose by Wallace Stegner

Lessons Learned: By rigorously examining my self and by consciously and actively learning about others, I can help grow our collective capacities beyond our wildest dreams.
