WMFDP Staff: Merrilee Bruce, Director of OperationsMerrilee Bruce works with the firm's partners and associates in the day-to-day running of the business by providing the support they need to do their jobs. She uses her organizational skills and her attention to detail to help keep the office running smoothly and she loves working with people around the country.

Prior to joining the company, Merrilee specialized in small office management: providing services to the owners of small businesses and supporting the special environment that represents.


Personal/Professional Philosophy: I am the only person I can change and as such I need to honor other people’s journeys and their truths and not try to impose mine on them.

A Favorite Book: The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.
