WMFDP Associate: Kristin Chung-mei LensenKristin Chung-mei Lensen is an organizational development consultant specializing in intercultural relations and diversity. Since 2004, Kristen Lensen Consulting has assisted corporate, public-sector and non-profit clients in managing organizational change and creating more equitable, inclusive and productive work environments. Her services include visioning and strategic planning; development and implementation of strategic and action plans; process facilitation and dialogue; conflict resolution; individual and team coaching; and education and training. Her clients come from a range of fields - environmental consulting, law enforcement and community justice, health and human services, academia, retail sales and public administration. Her focus is on helping clients to improve their busienss performance by better serving their customers, their employees and their community.

Previously, Kristin worked for CH2M HILL, where she served as intercultural services director, as a management consultant to external clients, and as human resources manager involved in curriculum development and training. She earned her master's degree in Intercultural Relations from Antioch University and a bachelor's degree in management from Marylhurst University.
